These terms apply to your use of dawasouq.com and to orders placed on it. The website is operated by LOMINA LTD (“DawaSouq”, “we”). By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. Who can order

You must be 18 or older and have a delivery address in the United Arab Emirates.

2. Our products

Our products are personal-care and wellness products. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Information on our website is general and is not medical advice. Results vary from person to person. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult a doctor before use, and always follow the instructions on the packaging.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). The total shown at checkout is the amount you pay, with free delivery. Payment is by cash on delivery only.

4. Orders and confirmation

Submitting the order form is a request to buy. Our team calls you to confirm the order before it is dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if the product is unavailable, the contact details are incorrect, we cannot reach you, or the order appears duplicated or fraudulent. You pay nothing for a cancelled order.

5. Delivery, cancellations and returns

Delivery is described in our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns and our 30-day money-back guarantee are described in our Refund & Returns Policy.

6. Website use

Content on this website (text, images, logos) belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use. You must not misuse the website, place fake orders or attempt to disrupt it.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law.

8. Personal data

We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. We may update them from time to time; the version published when you place your order applies to that order.
