1. Who can order
You must be 18 or older and have a delivery address in the United Arab Emirates.
2. Our products
Our products are personal-care and wellness products. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Information on our website is general and is not medical advice. Results vary from person to person. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult a doctor before use, and always follow the instructions on the packaging.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). The total shown at checkout is the amount you pay, with free delivery. Payment is by cash on delivery only.
4. Orders and confirmation
Submitting the order form is a request to buy. Our team calls you to confirm the order before it is dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if the product is unavailable, the contact details are incorrect, we cannot reach you, or the order appears duplicated or fraudulent. You pay nothing for a cancelled order.

6. Website use
