DawaSouq (dawasouq.com) is operated by LOMINA LTD (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit our website or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: support@dawasouq.com.

- Order details you give us: name, mobile number, delivery address, city/emirate, email address (optional) and the products you order.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and advertising identifiers in the link you used to reach us (for example utm or fbclid parameters).
- Communications: messages you send us and notes from the order-confirmation call.
2. How we use your data
- To confirm your order by phone, prepare it and deliver it to you with cash on delivery.
- To provide customer service, handle cancellations, returns and our money-back guarantee.
- To prevent fraud, duplicate or fake orders.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising (see Cookies below).
3. Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with: our order-fulfilment and call-centre partner, which confirms and ships cash-on-delivery orders; delivery couriers; our hosting and IT providers; and advertising platforms such as Meta through the cookies described below. We may disclose data where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Where your data is stored
Our website servers are located in the European Union. Our fulfilment and delivery partners process order data in the United Arab Emirates. We take reasonable steps to protect your data wherever it is processed.

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil the order, handle returns and meet accounting and legal obligations (generally up to 5 years). Technical and advertising data is kept for shorter periods.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use for marketing. Email support@dawasouq.com and we will respond within 30 days.
