DawaSouq, operated by LOMINA LTD, delivers across the United Arab Emirates.
1. Where we deliver
All seven emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
2. Cost
Delivery is free on every order.
3. How it works
- Order: fill in your name, mobile number and address. No online payment is needed.
- Confirmation call: our team calls you, usually within 24 hours, to confirm your order and address. Please keep your phone nearby. If we cannot reach you after several attempts, the order may be cancelled.
- Dispatch and delivery: most orders arrive within 1–4 business days after dispatch. Remote areas can take up to 10 days.
- At your door: the courier contacts you before arriving. Inspect your package, then pay in cash.
4. If you are not available
The courier will try to reach you to arrange delivery. If the delivery cannot be completed or you refuse the package, it is returned to us and the order is cancelled at no cost to you.
